Classic is Taiga’s largest Riess collection: classic Riess shapes in white, pastel shades and black, plus Classic Pure Grey, baking enamel in blue and Color Rot. Can Classic baking tins be used in the oven?
Yes, the baking tins and baking trays are designed for use in the oven. Riess does not specify a maximum oven temperature. The tins and handles become hot, so use oven gloves.
Can Classic enamel go in the dishwasher?

According to Riess, these are support points from the manufacturing process: the cookware is hung on hooks to dry. Riess does not consider this a defect. To prevent flash rust from forming there, store the cookware thoroughly dried and occasionally grease the exposed edges with cooking oil.
