Standard delivery from €5.99

The actual delivery costs depend in particular on the total weight, dimensions and shipping class of the items contained in the basket. Higher delivery costs may apply to heavy, large or bulky goods.

The delivery methods actually available for your order and the specific delivery costs incurred will be shown to you in the checkout before you complete your order.

Free delivery may be offered as part of time-limited promotions or other offers. The terms displayed in the shop or checkout for the respective order shall apply.

Deliveries within Europe and internationally

The available delivery methods and delivery costs depend in particular on the destination country, basket, weight, dimensions and shipping class. The specific costs incurred for your order will be shown to you in the checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery is made exclusively to the countries and regions that can be selected in the checkout.

Customs and import duties (deliveries outside the EU)

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, in particular Switzerland, customs duties, import VAT and handling charges may also apply. These charges are levied upon importation into the recipient country, are not included in the purchase price or delivery costs and are payable by the buyer. The amount depends on the provisions of the respective recipient country. Further information is available from the competent customs authority, and for Switzerland from the Federal Office for Customs and Border Security (BAZG).

Additional import charges, customs duties or taxes may arise for deliveries outside the European Union. These are not collected by Taiga and must be paid by the recipient to the competent authorities or service providers.

Delivery

The estimated delivery time is shown for the respective product or in the checkout. Orders containing several items may be delivered in several consignments and by different delivery partners. We do not charge any additional delivery costs for partial deliveries.

Returns and withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within the statutory withdrawal period of 14 days. The complete information in our withdrawal instructions shall apply.

Please register a return via our returns portal or the help chat. As items may be delivered from different warehouses or directly from delivery partners, depending on the items to be returned, you will receive one or more return labels with the correct return address in each case.

Please do not return goods independently to our business address or to a former warehouse address. Use only the return address shown on the respective return label.

Return costs

In the event of a statutory withdrawal, you shall bear the direct costs of returning goods that can be sent as a parcel.

If you use the return label provided by us, the return costs for a standard return are generally €4.99.

Higher return costs may apply depending in particular on the weight, dimensions, delivery method and nature of the goods. The specific amount will be shown to you before the return label is created during the returns process and deducted from the refund.

In the event of a justified complaint due to a defect or incorrect delivery, we will bear the necessary return costs. We will also bear the direct return costs for goods that cannot be sent as a parcel and arrange collection by agreement.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected the return, we will issue the refund to the payment method originally used. In the case of statutory withdrawal, the periods and rights of retention specified in the withdrawal instructions shall apply.

In the event of a complete withdrawal, we will also refund the costs of the cheapest standard delivery offered by us. Additional costs for express delivery or another more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.

Return period

In addition to your statutory rights, we voluntarily extend the period for actually returning the goods: If you exercise your right of withdrawal within the statutory withdrawal period of fourteen days, you will then have a total of thirty days to return the goods to us. This does not extend the statutory withdrawal period itself. Withdrawal must still be exercised within fourteen days. Direct exchanges are not provided for. If you would like a different variant or a different item, simply return the original goods and place a new order. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Exceptions

For goods that are excluded from the right of withdrawal or for which the right of withdrawal has expired prematurely, the statutory exceptions described in our withdrawal instructions shall apply. This applies in particular to individually made, perishable or unsealed hygiene products, provided that the statutory requirements are met.
