CLASSIC Pizza Tray

The Riess CLASSIC pizza tray is a round baking tray made from black enamel for pizzas and other baked goods, available in three sizes from Ø28 cm to Ø36 cm. As enamel is cut- and scratch-resistant, the pizza can be divided directly in the tray using a knife or pizza cutter. It is suitable for use in any oven.

This enamel pizza tray is ideal for baking pizza the Neapolitan way. The CLASSIC pizza tray can be used in any oven, and not just for pizza. At the same time, the tray is robust, durable and easy to care for, and cannot rust. The rim of the pizza tray is curved – in enamel terminology, this is known as a rolled edge.

As enamel is cut- and scratch-resistant, the pizza can be divided evenly in the tray using a knife or pizza cutter without damaging the pizza tray. Cleaning is also very easy thanks to its smooth, non-porous surface.

Enamel is made from iron fused with glass at high temperatures, using natural raw materials. Thanks to its iron core, heat is conducted quickly and then retained: for sustainable, energy-efficient cooking. The smooth, non-porous glass surface guarantees perfect hygiene. It is neutral in taste and inhibits bacteria, as well as being easy to clean. When used and cared for properly, enamel cookware provides lasting enjoyment and retains its characteristic lustre.
