Baking pizza like in Naples is easy with this enamel pizza pan. The CLASSIC pizza pan can be used in any oven and not just for pizza. At the same time, the pan is robust, durable, easy to clean, and cannot rust. The rim of the pizza pan is curved – in enamel language, this is called a rolled rim.
Since enamel is cut and scratch-resistant, the pizza can be easily divided in the pan with a knife or pizza cutter without damaging the pizza pan. And cleaning is very easy thanks to the pore-free, smooth surface.
The material enamel consists of iron fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e., from natural raw materials. Thanks to the iron core, heat is quickly conducted and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking. The pore-free, smooth glass surface guarantees perfect hygiene. This is aroma-neutral and antibacterial and also easy to clean. With proper use and correct care, enamel cookware provides long-lasting enjoyment and retains its typical shine.
Riess is currently the only cookware manufacturer whose production has a positive CO2 balance. Their factory is powered by electricity from their own hydroelectric power plants. They generate more electricity than they need and feed it into the grids as green electricity.
