Information on the right of withdrawal
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day
- on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods, where you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and the goods are delivered together;
- on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last goods, where you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and the goods are delivered separately;
- on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last part-shipment or the last item, where goods are delivered in several part-shipments or items;
- on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the first goods, where the contract provides for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period.

by means of a clear statement (for example, by letter or via the online withdrawal function) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal via the prominently accessible online function “Withdraw from contract” provided on www.taiga.green. If you use this online function, we will send you without delay, on a durable medium, for example by email, an acknowledgement of receipt containing the content of your withdrawal statement and the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will not reimburse additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over parcel-shippable goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us about your withdrawal from this contract, to the returns recipient specified in the returns process. The return address applicable to the respective item will be communicated to you with the returns label or the return instructions. If returning items from different senders, several returns labels and return addresses may be required. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You shall bear the direct cost of returning parcel-shippable goods. If you use the returns label provided by us, the return costs for a standard return are generally €4.99. Higher return costs may arise, in particular depending on the weight, dimensions, method of shipment and nature of the goods. The specific amount will be shown to you in the returns process before the returns label is created and will be deducted from the refund. We will collect goods that are not parcel-shippable after agreeing this with you; we will bear the direct cost of this collection.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion and early expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to contracts for the supply
- of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual choice or decision by you is decisive, or which are clearly personalised to your requirements;
- of goods that may deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would be rapidly exceeded.
The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of contracts for the supply
- of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- of goods if, after delivery, they have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.
A right of withdrawal is not excluded for hygiene or cosmetic items solely because of their product type. Early expiry only applies if the statutory requirements are met, in particular if a required seal has been removed after delivery.

Voluntarily extended return period
In addition to your statutory rights, we voluntarily extend the period for actually returning the goods:
If you declare your withdrawal within the statutory withdrawal period of fourteen days, you will subsequently have a total of thirty days to return the goods to us.
This does not extend the statutory withdrawal period itself. Withdrawal must still be declared within fourteen days.
Please register your return via the help chat or the returns portal. Depending on the items to be returned, we will provide you with one or more returns labels, each with the applicable return address. Please send the goods exclusively to the address stated on the relevant returns label. We will collect goods that are not parcel-shippable after agreeing this with you.
For a standard return, the return costs are generally €4.99. Higher return costs may arise, in particular depending on the weight, dimensions, method of shipment and nature of the goods. The specific amount will be shown to you before the returns label is created.
Direct exchanges are not provided for. If you would like to receive an item in a different variant or a different item, return the original goods and place a new order. The voluntarily extended return period neither limits your statutory right of withdrawal nor your statutory rights in respect of defects or any other statutory claims.
