How to recognise good natural soap
Three things matter: straightforward, plant-based ingredients, as few ingredients as possible, and biodegradability; many soaps are also palm-oil-free. There’s a practical benefit, too: solid soap saves on packaging, lasts longer than liquid soap and travels easily – a small change with a big impact.
