CLASSIC Pastel Egg and Serving Pan

The Riess CLASSIC Pastel Egg and Serving Pan is an enamel pan for omelets, scrambled eggs, and fried eggs, with two handles, available in golden yellow (18 cm) and green (22 cm). The iron core quickly distributes heat at the base and can be rapidly reduced. With its two handles, it also serves as a serving pan, from which food can be eaten directly.

The iron core of the enamel pan distributes heat optimally and quickly across the pan's base, allowing the heat to be rapidly reduced, as egg dishes don't tolerate excessively high temperatures. And once the eggs are cooked, the pan, with its two handles, is perfect as a serving pan from which you can eat directly, because enamel is cut and scratch-resistant.

The material enamel consists of iron fused with glass at high temperatures, meaning it's made from natural raw materials. This enamel cookware can be used on all hob types (gas, electric, ceramic, induction, and even over an open fire). Thanks to the iron core, heat is conducted quickly and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking.

Perfect hygiene is guaranteed by the non-porous, smooth glass surface. This surface is aroma-neutral and antibacterial, and also easy to clean. With proper use and care, enamel cookware will provide long-lasting enjoyment and retain its characteristic shine.
