Omelets, scrambled eggs, fried eggs: For these egg dishes and many more, this pastel egg and serving pan is just right. It's the perfect size for omelets and other egg dishes. The iron core of the enamel pan distributes heat optimally and quickly across the bottom of the pan, so the heat can be quickly reduced, as egg dishes don't tolerate excessively high temperatures. And once the eggs are cooked, the pan, with its two handles, is perfect as a serving pan from which you can also eat, because enamel is cut and scratch resistant.
The material enamel consists of iron fused with glass at high temperatures, meaning it's made from natural raw materials. This enamel cookware can be used on all hob types (gas, electric, ceramic, induction, and even over an open fire). Thanks to the iron core, heat is quickly conducted and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking.
Perfect hygiene is guaranteed by the non-porous, smooth glass surface. This surface is flavor-neutral and antibacterial, and also easy to clean. With proper use and care, enamel cookware provides long-lasting enjoyment and retains its typical shine.
