More about Seat Cushions & Poufs
Seat cushions and poufs create flexible seating wherever you need it — in a reading nook, children’s room or as a footrest in front of the sofa. Here you’ll find hand-felted models made from pure new wool, as well as poufs and floor cushions in a wide range of colours and sizes. Robust, homely and easy to move around.
How to recognise good seat cushions and poufs
Material: Pure new wool, densely felted, makes poufs retain their shape and last for years — they stand up to daily use.
Craftsmanship: Hand-felted construction creates dense, even surfaces that stay looking good for a long time.
Where to use them: For balconies and patios, there are dedicated indoor and outdoor models such as the Toni pouf — indoors, you can choose freely.
Colour and size: The range comes in many colours — including light shades such as Ivory and Beige — and in various sizes, from seat cushions to large poufs.

Seat cushions in everyday life: ideas and care
Poufs are an easy way to create extra seating at short notice: as a guest seat, a side-table alternative with a tray or a footstool after a long day. Wool felt is easy to care for — vacuum or shake it out regularly, treat stains locally with lukewarm water and allow it to dry thoroughly. Why not pair it with seat and bench cushions for chairs and benches, as well as rugs to make the floor underneath feel more homely?
Are felt poufs suitable for outdoor use?
Wool felt belongs indoors. For balconies and patios, it’s better to choose a designated indoor and outdoor model such as the Toni pouf — it’s made for outdoor use.
How do I care for a pure new-wool pouf?
Regular vacuuming or shaking it out is usually enough. Dab stains with lukewarm water and mild soap — don’t rub and don’t put it in the washing machine. Leave it to air-dry and you’re done.
What does a pouf go with in the living space?
Anything that could use a little more cosiness: reading nooks, children’s rooms and bedrooms. Find more for your home in our Living & Sleeping collection — and felt fans can also discover beds and toys for cats and dogs.
