The loaf pan, also known as a king cake pan, is probably the most popular choice for baking cakes in an oblong shape. Since the CLASSIC loaf pan is very versatile, it can also be used for many other things besides cakes.
The loaf pan can be used in any oven. The rim of the enameled loaf pan is curved – in enamel terminology, this is called a beaded rim. Thanks to the iron core, heat is distributed evenly – for particularly good baking results. And cleaning is very easy thanks to the non-porous, smooth surface.
Enamel is made of iron fused with glass at high temperatures, meaning it consists of natural raw materials. The non-porous, smooth glass surface guarantees perfect hygiene. It is taste-neutral, antibacterial, and easy to clean. With proper use and care, enamel cookware brings long-lasting joy and retains its typical shine.
