Menstrual products
Sustainable period products give you peace of mind without compromising your health or the environment: organic tampons, reusable pads, menstrual cups and period underwear. Conventional tampons and pads contain up to 90 per cent plastic — there is another way, with equally reliable protection.
What to look for in quality period products
Material comes first: organic cotton without chlorine bleach, fragrance or plastic is kind to your skin — especially where it is particularly sensitive. Secondly, consider whether you want disposable or reusable products: menstrual cups, reusable pads and period underwear last for many cycles and significantly reduce waste. And thirdly, fit matters: our cups come in sizes S to XL, so you can find the option that really suits you.
Our brands: why we chose them
Fair Squared uses organic cotton without chlorine bleach, fragrance or plastic — reliable protection that feels good to wear. Eco by Naty, Goliate and nevernot complement the range, from organic tampons and panty liners to pads, menstrual cups and period underwear, each with a focus on skin-friendly materials.
Practical advice: switching is easier than you think
You do not have to switch completely overnight. Many people combine products: period underwear or reusable pads for lighter days and overnight, and a menstrual cup or organic tampons when out and about. This helps you discover what works for you over two or three cycles — on your own terms and at your own pace.
Which menstrual cup size is right for me?
The collection includes cups in S, M, L and XL. As a rule of thumb: smaller sizes are suited to lighter periods, while larger ones are better for heavier days. Ultimately, what matters is how it feels for you — many people try two sizes before finding their favourite.
Why choose organic tampons over conventional tampons?
Conventional products contain a large amount of plastic and may contain fragrance. Organic cotton tampons are made without chlorine bleach, fragrance or plastic — reliable protection that does not unnecessarily irritate your skin.
Are reusable pads hygienic?
Yes — when washed properly, they are entirely suitable for everyday use: rinse them in cold water, then machine wash as normal and leave them to dry completely. This means they last for many cycles.
They go well with natural intimate care, gentle body care and intimacy & contraception. Find more information about your cycle and self-care in the Bewusst-Leben-Magazin. Period care on your own terms, curated by Taiga.
