Sachertorte, Linzertorte, Malakofftorte …… all these and many other delicious cakes can be made in the round CLASSIC enamel cake pan. The lift-off bottom of the pan is easy to insert into the rim and, after baking, just as easy to push up to lift the cake out of the pan.
The round enamel cake pan is robust, durable, and easy to care for. The rim of the cake pan is rolled – in enamel terminology, this is called a rolled edge. The iron core distributes heat evenly – for particularly good baking results. And cleaning is very easy thanks to the non-porous, smooth surface.
The material enamel consists of iron fused with glass at high temperatures, meaning it's made from natural raw materials. Perfect hygiene is guaranteed by the non-porous, smooth glass surface. This is flavor-neutral, antibacterial, and also easy to clean. With proper use and care, enamel cookware provides long-lasting enjoyment and retains its characteristic shine.
Riess is currently the only cookware manufacturer whose production has a positive CO2 balance. Their factory is powered by electricity from their own hydroelectric power plants. They generate more electricity than they need themselves and feed it into the grids as green electricity.
