Description
The Riess CLASSIC cake tin is a round black enamel baking tin with a lift-out base – for Sachertorte, Linzertorte or Malakofftorte in four sizes.
The lift-out base makes all the difference
Simply place the base inside the rim. Once baked, push it upwards and lift the cake out of the tin. The curved edge – known as a rolled rim in enamel terminology – makes the tin robust, durable and easy to care for when used and maintained properly.
Enamel: iron and glass as baking partners
The material consists of an iron core fused with glass at high temperatures. The iron core distributes heat evenly in the oven, while the smooth, non-porous glass surface is taste-neutral and easy to clean. The tin is also resistant to fruit acids.
Four sizes, one principle
Ø 20 cm and Ø 24 cm with a height of 7.5 cm, Ø 26 cm and Ø 28 cm with a height of 8.0 cm – from a small family cake to a large gathering.
