The Riess CLASSIC bread baking pan is a loaf pan made of black enamel for bread with dimensions of 36.7 cm length, 14.2 cm width, 8.3 cm height, and a capacity of 2.50 liters. It is heat-resistant up to 400°C, and the iron core optimally distributes heat for a crispy crust and a moist crumb. Thanks to the non-porous, smooth surface, the baked bread is easy to remove from the pan.
Baking bread has become very popular again. This Classic enamel bread baking pan for all loaf-shaped breads delivers optimal baking results with a crispy crust and moist crumb. The iron core optimally distributes heat, and the homemade bread is easy to remove from the pan thanks to its non-porous, smooth surface.
The enamel allows for use in any oven, even at very high temperatures up to 400°, while the loaf pan is also robust, durable, and easy to clean. The rim of the enamel bread pan is curved – in enamel terminology, this is called a rolled edge. And cleaning is very easy thanks to the non-porous, smooth surface.
The material enamel consists of iron fused with glass at high temperatures, meaning it's made from natural raw materials. The non-porous, smooth glass surface guarantees perfect hygiene. It is flavor-neutral, antibacterial, and easy to clean. With proper use and care, enamel cookware provides long-lasting enjoyment and retains its characteristic shine.
