CLASSIC Bread Pan

The Riess CLASSIC bread tin is made from black enamel and is designed for loaves measuring 36.7 cm in length, 14.2 cm in width and 8.3 cm in height, with a capacity of 2.50 litres. It is heat-resistant up to 400°C, while the iron core distributes heat evenly for a crisp crust and moist crumb. Thanks to its smooth, pore-free surface, the baked bread can be removed from the tin easily.

The rim of the enamel bread tin is curved – in enamel terminology, this is known as a rolled rim. Cleaning is also very easy thanks to the smooth, pore-free surface.

Enamel is made from iron fused with glass at high temperatures, using natural raw materials. The pore-free, smooth glass surface ensures excellent hygiene. It is flavour-neutral, inhibits bacteria and is also easy to clean. With proper use and care, enamelware provides lasting enjoyment and retains its characteristic shine.
