The Riess CLASSIC Pastel Omelet Pan is an enamel pan for omelets, scrambled eggs, egg dishes, and fried eggs, available in blue (20 cm) and golden yellow (22 cm) with a perforated enamel handle for hanging. The iron core quickly distributes heat to the bottom and can be throttled back rapidly. After frying, you can cut directly in the pan with a knife.
Omelets, scrambled eggs, egg dishes, fried eggs: This pastel enamel omelet pan is perfect for these egg dishes and much more. This sustainable pan is the right size for omelets and other egg dishes. The iron core of this sustainable pan distributes heat optimally and quickly to the bottom of the pan, allowing the heat to be throttled back rapidly, as egg dishes cannot tolerate excessively high temperatures. And once the eggs are fried, they can even be cut in the pan with a knife, because enamel is cut and scratch-resistant.
The material enamel consists of iron, fused with glass at high temperatures, meaning it's made from natural raw materials. This enamel cookware can be used on all types of hobs (gas, electric, glass ceramic, induction, and even over open fire). Thanks to the iron core, heat is quickly conducted and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking.
Perfect hygiene is guaranteed by the non-porous, smooth glass surface. This surface is aroma-neutral and antibacterial, and also easy to clean. With proper use and care, enamel cookware brings long-lasting joy and retains its typical shine.
Riess is currently the only cookware manufacturer whose production has a positive CO2 balance. Their factory is powered by electricity from their own hydroelectric power plants. They generate more electricity than they need themselves and feed it into the grids as green electricity.
