Description
The Riess CLASSIC Holzknechtpfanne Black is an enamel pan with a wooden handle. A brass ring at the end of the handle allows the pan to be stacked or hung up. It is suitable for frying and serving directly on all hob types, including an open fire.
Materials and workmanship
Enamel is created by fusing iron and glass at high temperatures. The smooth, non-porous glass surface is neutral in taste and easy to clean. The iron core conducts heat quickly and retains it.
Sizes
The Holzknechtpfanne is available in four sizes: 20cm, 24cm, 26cm and 30cm.
Care
With proper use and care, enamelware retains its characteristic sheen for a long time.
