Description
The Riess CLASSIC Gugelhupf tin is a baking tin made of black enamel for Gugelhupf (Bundt cake), available in three sizes from 1.10 to 3.00 liters with diameters from 18 to 24 cm. It is suitable for use in any oven. The iron core distributes heat evenly for particularly good baking results.
In the past, Gugelhupf was a staple of every Sunday afternoon coffee and is still frequently seen at children's parties or family gatherings today. The CLASSIC Gugelhupf tin made of enamel is suitable for use in any oven. The rim of the Gugelhupf tin is curved – in enamel terminology, this is called a rolled edge. The iron core distributes heat evenly – for particularly good baking results, and cleaning is very easy thanks to the non-porous, smooth surface.
The material enamel consists of iron fused with glass at high temperatures, meaning it's made from natural raw materials. Perfect hygiene is guaranteed by the non-porous, smooth glass surface. This is aroma-neutral and antibacterial, and also easy to clean. With proper use and care, enamel cookware brings long-lasting joy and retains its typical shine.
Riess is currently the only cookware manufacturer whose production has a positive CO2 balance. Their factory is powered by electricity from their own hydropower plants. They generate more electricity than they need themselves and feed it into the grids as green electricity.
