More about Baking accessories
Enamel bakeware lasts for a lifetime of baking: in this collection, you'll find Riess baking tins, roasting trays and roasters — ovenproof, durable and free from coating concerns. Instead of tins that start flaking after two years, you'll find bakeware here that's made to stay in use for generations.
How to recognise good bakeware
- Material: Enamel is ovenproof, scratch-resistant in everyday use and doesn't require a non-stick coating that could come away.
- The right shape: A loaf tin for loaf cakes, a roasting tray for oven dishes and traybakes, and a double roaster for large joints — each shape has its purpose.
- The right size: From the compact 22 × 22 cm format to the large 33 × 42 cm roasting tray — measure your oven first, so everything fits at the first attempt.
Our brand: why Riess
Riess makes enamel baking tins and roasting dishes — in ranges such as Profi and Classic, from the golden-yellow loaf tin to the black enamel double roaster. Riess enamel is designed for use over decades — a reason to buy that no trend can replace.
Practical tips: baking with enamel
Grease the tin before baking and dust it with flour, so the cake comes out cleanly. Allow hot tins to cool briefly before rinsing them — enamel doesn't like sudden changes in temperature. Warm water and washing-up liquid are all you need for cleaning; simply soak stubborn residue until it softens.
Why choose enamel baking tins?
Because they are durable, ovenproof and easy to care for: no coating to scratch and no material that needs replacing after a short time. Enamel also distributes heat evenly — ideal for the crust and base.
How do I clean enamel baking tins?
Use warm water, washing-up liquid and a soft sponge. Leave baked-on residue to soak briefly rather than scrubbing it — this keeps the surface smooth.
What do I need for a basic baking kit?
A loaf tin, a baking tray or shallow roasting tray, and a round tin cover most recipes. You'll find all formats in our baking tins collection.
