Our enamel ring cake tin is suitable for use in any oven. The rim of the tin is curved and is known as a rolled rim in enamel terminology. To prevent the cake from sticking and make it easy to remove from the tin, grease the tin thoroughly before adding the batter and dust it with flour or breadcrumbs. The smooth, non-porous surface makes cleaning this enamel baking tin particularly easy.

Vor dem ersten Gebrauch: Aufkleber entfernen, kochendes Essigwasser einfüllen und kurz einwirken lassen. RIESS Emaille kann im Geschirrspüler gewaschen werden. Riess empfiehlt die händische Reinigung für lange Freude am strahlenden Glanz von Emaille. Bei Verwendung des Geschirrspülers das schonende Gläserspülprogramm wählen. Drahtbürsten, Stahlwolle, sandhaltige Scheuerpulver und Putzschwämme mit Keramikpartikeln vermeiden. Gut abgetrocknet verwahren; Kalkflecken mit Essigwasser entfernen.

Classic is Taiga’s largest Riess collection: classic Riess shapes in white, pastel shades and black, plus Classic Pure Grey, baking enamel in blue and Color Rot. Why are there small areas without enamel around the rim?
According to Riess, these are support points from the manufacturing process: the cookware is hung on hooks to dry. Riess does not consider this a defect. To prevent flash rust from forming there, store the cookware thoroughly dried and occasionally grease the exposed edges with cooking oil.
