This mini version of a baking tray is specially designed for mini ovens. This makes it ideal for small households and for all dishes that need to be baked or roasted in the oven. The CLASSIC Mini Baking Tray made of enamel has a curved edge – a rolled rim in enamel terminology – where the metal is bent to create a round and stable edge. You can easily cut dishes in the tray with a knife. After use, the baking tray is easy to clean – ready for its next use.
The material enamel consists of iron fused with glass at high temperatures, meaning it's made from natural materials. Thanks to its iron core, enamel conducts heat lightning-fast and retains it sustainably for energy-efficient cooking. We therefore strongly recommend always using oven mitts. The non-porous, smooth glass surface guarantees perfect hygiene. It is aroma-neutral, antibacterial, and easy to clean. With proper use and care, enamel cookware will provide long-lasting enjoyment and retain its typical luster.
