The CLASSIC Mini Baking Tray from Riess is an enamel baking tray made of black enamel, measuring 24.8 x 20.0 cm, specially designed for mini ovens and small households. The rolled edge makes it stable, and you can easily cut on it with a knife. It can also be used as a lid for storing food.
This mini version of a baking tray is specifically designed for mini ovens. This makes it ideal for small households and for all dishes that are to be baked or roasted in the oven. The CLASSIC Mini Baking Tray made of enamel has a curved edge – a rolled edge in enamel terminology – where the metal is bent to create a round and stable edge. You can easily cut on the tray with a knife. After use, the baking tray is easy to clean – ready for its next use.
Enamel is made of iron, fused with glass at high temperatures, meaning it consists of natural materials. Thanks to its iron core, enamel conducts heat very quickly and retains it sustainably for energy-saving cooking. We therefore strongly recommend always using oven mitts. Perfect hygiene is guaranteed by the non-porous, smooth glass surface. This is aroma-neutral and antibacterial, and also easy to clean. With proper use and care, enamel cookware provides long-lasting enjoyment and retains its typical shine.
Riess is currently the only cookware manufacturer whose production has a positive CO2 balance. Their factory is powered by electricity from their own hydroelectric power plants. They generate more electricity than they need themselves and feed it into the grids as green electricity.
