Sachertorte, Linzertorte, Malakofftorte …… all these and many other delicious cakes can be made in the round CLASSIC cake pan, 3-piece, made of enamel. The lift-out base of the pan is easy to insert into the rim and, after baking, also easy to push upwards to lift the cake out of the pan.
The round enamel cake pan is robust, durable, and easy to clean. The rim of the cake pan is curved – in enamel terminology, this is called a rolled rim. Thanks to the iron core, heat is distributed evenly – for particularly good baking results. And cleaning is very easy thanks to the non-porous, smooth surface.
Enamel material consists of iron fused with glass at high temperatures, meaning it's made from natural raw materials. The non-porous, smooth glass surface guarantees perfect hygiene. It is aroma-neutral, antibacterial, and easy to clean. With proper use and care, enamel cookware will bring joy for a long time and retain its typical shine.
