Description
The Riess CLASSIC 3-piece cake tin is a round cake tin made from black enamel, with a rolled rim. The lift-out base fits easily into the rim and can be pushed upwards after baking to lift the cake out of the tin.
Design and function
An iron core distributes heat evenly, helping to achieve particularly good baking results. The product is also suitable for energy-efficient baking. The rim of the tin is curved, known in enamel terminology as a rolled rim.
Enamel material
Enamel is created by fusing iron with glass at high temperatures — a material made from natural raw materials.
Care and durability
The tin is robust, durable and easy to care for. With proper use and care, enamel cookware retains its characteristic shine for a long time.
