The CLASSIC tube cake tin from Riess is an enamel insert for the 26 cm diameter cake pan 26, with which you can also bake crown cakes. You simply place it in the rim and then push it upwards to lift out the cake. The iron core distributes the heat evenly for a good result.
The CLASSIC tube cake tin or crown cake pan is an accessory for our cake pan 26. In addition to classic cakes, it can also be used to bake crown cakes with the cake pan 26. The tube cake tin is easy to insert into the rim and, after baking, can also be easily pushed upwards to lift the cake out of the pan.
The enamel crown cake or tube cake pan is robust, durable, and easy to care for. Thanks to the iron core, the heat is distributed evenly – for particularly good baking results. And cleaning is very easy thanks to the non-porous, smooth surface.
The material enamel consists of iron, which has been fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e., from natural raw materials. Perfect hygiene is guaranteed by the non-porous, smooth glass surface. This is flavor-neutral and antibacterial, and also easy to clean. With proper use and correct care, enamel cookware will provide long-lasting enjoyment and retain its typical shine.
Riess is currently the only cookware manufacturer whose production has a positive CO2 balance. Their factory is powered by electricity from their own hydropower plants. They generate more electricity than they need themselves and feed it into the grids as green electricity.
