CLASSIC Tube Sheet

Riess's CLASSIC tube base insert is an enamel insert for the Tortenform 26 with a diameter of 26 cm, allowing you to bake ring cakes as well. Simply place it inside the rim and then press it upwards to lift out the cake. The iron core distributes the heat evenly for good results.

The CLASSIC tube-base or ring-cake insert is an accessory for our Tortenform 26. As well as classic cakes made in the Tortenform 26, it allows you to bake ring cakes. The tube base is easy to place inside the rim and can also be pressed upwards easily once baking is complete to lift the cake out of the tin.

The enamel ring-cake or tube-base insert is robust, durable and easy to care for. The iron core distributes the heat evenly for particularly good baking results. Cleaning is also very easy thanks to the smooth, non-porous surface.

Enamel is made from iron fused with glass at high temperatures, using natural raw materials. The smooth, non-porous glass surface ensures perfect hygiene. It is neutral in taste, inhibits bacteria and is also easy to clean. With proper use and care, enamel cookware will give you lasting enjoyment and retain its characteristic shine.
