Description
The Riess NOUVELLE casserole is a shallow enamelled saucepan with a glass lid and a contemporary stainless steel handle. The lid also has a stainless steel handle, while the rim is finished with a robust chrome edge.
Materials and craftsmanship
Enamel is made by fusing glass with iron at high temperatures – creating a material made from natural raw materials. The casserole has an extra-thick steel heat-retaining base that distributes heat evenly. The chrome edge protects the rim from chipping.
Use
Enamel cookware is suitable for all types of hob – gas, electric, ceramic, induction – as well as open fires.
Sizes and dimensions
The NOUVELLE casserole is available in three sizes: 1 l (height without lid 7,8 cm, Ø 16 cm), 2 l (height without lid 8,8 cm, Ø 20 cm) and 4 l (height without lid 10,7 cm, Ø 24 cm).
