The Riess NOUVELLE enamel frying pan with an extra-thick heat-storage base is a versatile all-rounder: deep enough for a whole chicken, yet shallow enough to turn fried eggs and omelettes with ease.
What “extra-thick” means
The steel heat-storage base is made extra thick. According to Riess, it transfers and stores heat exceptionally well.
From roasting to braising
Measuring Ø 28 cm in diameter and 6,3 cm deep, the pan is large enough for a piece of chicken with sauce as well as quick frying. According to Riess, the durable enamel made from natural raw materials ensures long-lasting use and excellent frying results.
Everyday care
The smooth glass surface of the enamel is non-porous and does not retain flavours. Residues of frying fat or sauce are easy to remove when cleaning.
