The Riess NOUVELLE stockpot with glass lid combines classic enamel cookware with a modern mix of stainless steel and glass. The tall stockpot is available in several sizes and is suitable for all hob types.
Features
The stockpot has ergonomically shaped stainless steel handles in a modern design. The lid is made of glass and also has a stainless steel handle, allowing you to monitor the cooking process. A robust chrome rim protects the edge of the pot from chipping.
Materials and workmanship
Enamel is created by fusing glass with iron at high temperatures — a material made from natural raw materials. The pot has an extra-strong steel heat-retaining base. The enamel surface is smooth and non-porous, does not affect the flavour of food and is easy to clean, contributing to good hygiene.
Use and care
Enamel cookware can be used on all hob types: gas, electric, ceramic, induction and also over an open fire. With proper use and care, enamel cookware retains its characteristic shine for a long time.
Sizes
The NOUVELLE stockpot is available in three sizes: 1,5–2 l (height without lid 11,5 cm, ⌀16 cm), 3,5–4 l (height without lid 14,3 cm, ⌀20 cm) and 6–6,5 l (height without lid 16,2 cm, ⌀24 cm). The sizes and colours currently available are shown in the selection above.
