The tall stockpots or stew pots from the Nouvelle series impress with their modern design and an exciting material mix. The stew pots with a glass lid feature ergonomically shaped stainless steel handles in a modern design. The lid of the Nouvelle stew pot is made of glass and also has a stainless steel handle. The extra-thick steel heat-storage base of the pot ensures that heat is distributed evenly and quickly. Thanks to the good heat conduction of enamel, the pot walls also warm up all around, saving energy. The robust chrome rim prevents chipping.
The material enamel consists of iron, which has been fused with glass at high temperatures, meaning it's made from natural raw materials. This enamel cookware can be used on all types of hobs (gas, electric, glass ceramic, induction, and even over an open fire). Thanks to the iron core, heat is quickly conducted and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking.
The non-porous, smooth glass surface guarantees perfect hygiene. It is flavor-neutral, antibacterial, and easy to clean. With proper use and care, enamelware will provide lasting pleasure and retain its characteristic shine.
