The CLASSIC Multiflex Deep Baking Tray from Riess is an enamel baking tray with an extra high rim and an adjustable width from 41 to 51 cm. This means it fits various oven sizes from 41 cm wide. You can easily cut with a knife or remove food with metal kitchen utensils without damaging it.
When baking cookies, you always seem to have one baking tray too few. The CLASSIC Multiflex Deep Enamel Baking Tray puts an end to this problem. Its width is variably adjustable with a single movement, so it fits many ovens and also adapts if you need less or more baking surface.
You can easily cut with a knife on the enamel baking tray or remove food with metal kitchen utensils. After use, the Multiflex baking tray is easy to clean – ready for its next use in the oven.
The material enamel consists of iron, fused with glass at high temperatures, meaning it's made from natural raw materials. Thanks to the iron core, heat is conducted quickly and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking. The non-porous, smooth glass surface guarantees perfect hygiene. It is aroma-neutral, antibacterial, and easy to clean. With proper use and care, enamel cookware brings joy for a long time and retains its typical shine.
Today, Riess is the only cookware manufacturer whose production has a positive CO2 balance. Their factory is powered by electricity from their own hydroelectric power plants. They generate more electricity than they need and feed it into the grids as green electricity.
