- The right shape: Spouted pots for heating and pouring, handled saucepans and lidded saucepans for sauces and side dishes, stockpots for larger meals, and roasting dishes for oven braising.
- Sizes for every household: From the 0,75-litre handled saucepan and the 1-litre spouted pot to the compact double roaster (37 × 26 cm).
Our brand: why Riess
All the pots in this collection are made by Riess, the enamelware specialist. The ranges extend from Classic Pure Grey and Aromapots to Schwarzemaille and classic Schwarz-Blau — cookware designed to last for decades, not just the next season.
Practical know-how: which pot is for what?
The spouted pot is an everyday essential for milk, sauces and anything you want to pour without drips. Lidded saucepans keep side dishes warm and are ideal for serving straight at the table. The lidded stockpot is the basis for soups and stews — while roasts and oven dishes turn out perfectly in the double roaster, whose lid can also be used as a second dish.
To complement it: enamel frying pans, the complete range of cookware, kitchen accessories and the complete Cooking & Baking collection.
Are enamel pots suitable for all hob types?
Yes, the enamel pots in this collection are suitable for all hob types — so they can continue to be used even if you change your hob.
Why choose enamel instead of coated pots?
Enamel is cut- and scratch-resistant, making it unaffected by metal utensils. It is also durable: a good enamel pot is an investment that will last for many years.
What size pot do I need?
For sauces and small portions, the handled saucepan (0,75 l) or spouted pot (1 l) is sufficient. For family meals, choose the lidded stockpot; for roasts and large oven dishes, choose the double roaster.
