A saucepan is a must-have in every kitchen, and our enamel version is one of those shapes that everyone in Austria knows. With its practical pouring spout and long handle, liquids such as milk, water, soup, and sauces can be served easily without spilling.
The saucepan is a popular kitchen helper as a milk pot, sauce pot, and much more. The rim is curved – a beaded rim in enamel terminology – where the metal is bent to create a round and stable edge. The handle is made of enamel and has a hole so that the beautiful piece can also be decoratively hung in the kitchen and is always within reach.
The material enamel consists of iron, which has been fused with glass at high temperatures. These enamel products can be used on all types of hobs (gas, electric, ceramic, induction and even over an open fire). Thanks to its iron core, the enamel conducts heat lightning fast and stores it sustainably for energy-saving cooking. Perfect hygiene thanks to the non-porous, smooth glass surface. Enamel cookware is also recommended for nickel allergy sufferers.
