Inspected one-off items: returns you can buy with confidence
Every inspected one-off item is checked and cleaned individually and tested to ensure it works fully before being reduced and listed in the Sale. The flaw is usually purely cosmetic – damaged original packaging, a fine scratch or a small dent. The product’s functionality and contents remain complete. As each item is only available once, a popular model can often sell out quickly.
What are inspected one-off items?
Inspected one-off items are returned products that we check and clean individually and test to ensure they work fully before selling them again at a reduced price. In most cases, the flaw is limited to cosmetic issues such as damaged packaging or minor signs of use.
Are reduced items brand new?
For the most part, yes: reduced branded products in the Sale are as new and unused. Only inspected one-off items are returns with the minor flaws described above – for each product, you can immediately see what type of reduction applies.
