A cylindrical enamel milk pot completes the "Nouvelle PUR extra strong" series. At Riess, these milk pots are also called "spouted pots" due to their characteristically shaped spout, which makes it easy to pour liquids such as milk, water, soup, and sauces. With its round handle, the spouted pot is also good for serving directly at the table without spilling. The rim is rounded – a beaded rim in enamel terminology – where the metal is bent to create a round and stable edge. The spouted pot is a popular kitchen helper and complements the Nouvelle PUR pot sets, which are available in many trendy colors.
The material enamel consists of iron fused with glass at high temperatures. Riess enamel products can be used on all types of stoves (gas, electric, ceramic hob, induction, and even over an open fire). Thanks to its iron core, the enamel conducts heat in a flash and stores it sustainably for energy-efficient cooking. Perfect hygiene thanks to the non-porous, smooth glass surface. Enamelware is also recommended for those with nickel allergies.
Riess is currently the only tableware manufacturer whose production has a positive carbon footprint. Their factory is powered by electricity from their own hydroelectric power plants. They generate more electricity than they need themselves and feed it into the grids as green electricity.
