Description
As the name suggests, the CLASSIC Pastel baking dish is suitable for all kinds of casseroles, but also for "Schinkenfleckerln" (pasta with ham) and lasagna, as well as for baking fruit tarts or strudels and much more. It is available in various sizes and colors and is made of robust enamel. The rim of the baking dish is rounded – a flanged rim in enamel terminology – where the metal is bent to create a round and stable edge. The baking dish can be used in any oven. But be careful: always use oven mitts.
The material enamel consists of iron fused with glass at high temperatures, meaning it's made from natural raw materials. Thanks to the iron core, heat is conducted quickly and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking and baking.
Perfect hygiene is guaranteed by the non-porous, smooth glass surface. This surface is flavor-neutral, antibacterial, and easy to clean. With proper use and care, enamelware will provide long-lasting enjoyment and retain its typical luster.
