Use & care
Use & care
Before first use: Remove the sticker, fill with boiling vinegar solution and leave to work briefly. RIESS enamel can be washed in the dishwasher. Riess recommends hand washing to preserve the enamel’s brilliant shine for longer. If using a dishwasher, select the gentle glassware programme. Avoid wire brushes, steel wool, abrasive powders containing sand and scouring sponges with ceramic particles. Store thoroughly dried; remove limescale deposits with vinegar solution.

Brand
Since 1922, Riess has been enamelling cookware in Ybbsitz, Lower Austria: glass fired onto steel at 850 °C. Riess pots and pans work on all hob types, including induction.
