The Sarah Wiener Ø26 Chocolate/Pistachio Cake Pan by Riess is a round enamel cake pan with a 26 cm diameter and 8 cm height, in chocolate and pistachio colours. The loose bottom can be easily inserted and, after baking, pushed up to lift the cake out of the pan. The iron core distributes heat evenly for good baking results.
Sacher torte, Linzer torte, Malakoff torte …… all these and many other delicious cakes turn out perfectly in the round Sarah Wiener Ø26 Chocolate/Pistachio Cake Pan made of enamel. The loose bottom of the pan is easy to insert into the rim and, after baking, just as easy to push up to lift the cake out of the pan.
The round enamel cake pan is robust, durable, and easy to clean. The rim of the cake pan is curved – in enamel terminology, this is called a rolled rim. Thanks to the iron core, heat is distributed evenly – for exceptionally good baking results. And cleaning is very easy due to the non-porous, smooth surface.
Perfect hygiene is guaranteed by the non-porous, smooth glass surface. This is odour-neutral and bacteria-inhibiting, and also easy to clean. With proper use and correct care, enamelware provides long-lasting enjoyment and retains its typical shine.
