Before first use, remove the sticker, fill with boiling vinegar water and leave to soak briefly. RIESS enamel can be washed in the dishwasher. Riess recommends hand washing to preserve the enamel’s brilliant shine for longer. If using a dishwasher, select the gentle glassware programme. Avoid wire brushes, steel wool, abrasive powders containing sand and cleaning sponges with ceramic particles. Store thoroughly dry; remove limescale with vinegar water.

According to Riess, clean the storage containers from the Kitchenmanagement range by hand using mild washing-up liquid and a soft sponge. Dry them thoroughly before refilling.
