Rehrücken is a traditional Austrian cake, traditionally baked in a semi-circular cake tin with ridges. However, many other delicious cakes can also be baked in it, and the Sarah Wiener Rehrücken Cake Tin Chocolate/Vanilla can be used for other purposes too (see Use & Care Instructions below).

The baking tin is suitable for all ovens and is robust, durable and easy to care for. The enamel rim of the Rehrücken tin is curved – in enamel terminology, this is called a rolled rim. The iron core distributes heat evenly for particularly good baking results. Cleaning is also very easy thanks to the smooth, non-porous surface.

Perfect hygiene is guaranteed by the smooth, non-porous glass surface. It is neutral in flavour, inhibits bacteria and is also easy to clean. With proper use and care, enamelware stays beautiful for a long time and retains its characteristic sheen.
