The Sarah Wiener Gugelhupf pan Ø22 Chocolate/Vanilla made of enamel is suitable for use in any oven. The rim of the Gugelhupf pan is bent – in enamel terminology, this is called a rolled rim. Thanks to the iron core, heat is distributed evenly – for particularly good baking results. And cleaning is very easy due to the pore-free smooth surface.
The material enamel consists of iron fused with glass at high temperatures, meaning it is made from natural raw materials.
