The Sarah Wiener Gugelhupf Pan Ø22 Chocolate/Vanilla by Riess is an enamel baking pan for Gugelhupf with a diameter of 22 cm, a height of 11.3 cm, and a capacity of 2.00 liters, in a two-tone chocolate/vanilla design. It is suitable for use in any oven. The iron core distributes heat evenly for particularly good baking results.
Gugelhupf used to be a staple of every Sunday afternoon coffee and is still very common at children's parties or family celebrations today. The Sarah Wiener Gugelhupf Pan Ø22 Chocolate/Vanilla made of enamel is suitable for use in any oven. The rim of the Gugelhupf pan is curved – in enamel terminology, this is called a rolled edge. The iron core distributes heat evenly – for particularly good baking results. And cleaning is very easy thanks to the non-porous, smooth surface.
Enamel is made of iron, which has been fused with glass at high temperatures, meaning it consists of natural raw materials.
