Kintex

Kintex brings cork training accessories to Taiga: fascia rollers, fascia balls and a fascia peanut for self-massage, as well as a yoga mat, yoga block, yoga wheel and yoga bag. The fascia roller, fascia ball and fascia peanut are each available in different sizes for different training goals.

The Kintex range at Taiga

For self-massage, Taiga stocks the large and small cork fascia roller and cork fascia ball, along with the cork fascia peanut for targeted pressure on individual muscle areas. For yoga practice, there is a cork yoga mat, the 2-in-1 cork yoga block, the cork yoga wheel and a matching cork yoga bag for carrying it. For use at home, a size L massage set rounds off the range of household products for self-massage after training.

Why Kintex is a good fit for Taiga

At Taiga, Kintex replaces traditional foam accessories for fascia training and yoga with cork – firmer to the touch and offering a different grip from standard foam rollers. If you would like to add fascia work to your personal care routine, you will find a complete range of cork accessories here.

What is the difference between a cork fascia roller and a foam roller?

Cork is firmer than foam and therefore applies more focused pressure – with more tense muscle areas, you will often feel this more clearly than with a softer foam roller.

Which fascia roller size is suitable for beginners?

The small cork fascia roller is suitable for beginners, as it is easier to control and can also be used for smaller muscle groups such as the calves or arms.
