Before first use: Remove the sticker, fill with boiling water and vinegar, and leave to work for a short while. RIESS enamel can be washed in the dishwasher. Riess recommends hand washing to preserve enamel’s radiant shine for longer. If using a dishwasher, choose the gentle glassware programme. Avoid wire brushes, steel wool, abrasive powders containing sand and cleaning sponges with ceramic particles. Store thoroughly dried; remove limescale with vinegar water.

Classic is Taiga’s largest Riess collection: classic Riess shapes in white, pastel shades and black, plus Classic Pure Grey, baking enamel in blue and Color Rot.
