The "Holzknechtpfanne" (logger's pan) is a classic in the pan assortment and an eye-catcher in any kitchen. It gets its Alpine-sounding name from its typical wooden handle. Thanks to the brass ring at the end of the panhandle, the pan can be stored not only stacked but also by hanging. Frying and serving directly from the pan – that's where the RIESS Holzknechtpfanne is a great tip and ensures good cheer at the table. This sustainable pan also serves well as a serving pan, meaning less washing up.
The material enamel consists of iron fused with glass at high temperatures, meaning it's made from natural raw materials. This enamel cookware can be used on all types of stovetops (gas, electric, glass-ceramic, induction, and even over an open fire). Thanks to the iron core, heat is conducted quickly and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking. Perfect hygiene is guaranteed by the non-porous, smooth glass surface. This surface is aroma-neutral, antibacterial, and easy to clean. With proper use and care, enamel cookware provides long-lasting enjoyment and retains its typical shine.
