Description
The design office dottings developed the Riess storage jar with an ash wood lid (1.35 L) in clear, timelessly modern shapes and striking colors. These practical "managers" are used in the kitchen for teas, spices, grains, or biscuits – the elegant storage jars perfectly preserve all aromas and, when stacked on a shelf, are space-saving and a great eye-catcher.
They also serve well as storage containers for all sorts of utensils, for example in the bathroom and on the desk. The practical jars can be relabeled again and again with conventional wax crayons or oil pastels (e.g., contents, filling date, shelf life, ...).
The jars are made of enamel and the lid is made of high-quality ash wood. The material enamel consists of iron fused with glass at high temperatures, meaning it's made from natural raw materials. The pore-free, smooth glass surface guarantees perfect hygiene. This surface is aroma-neutral, antibacterial, and also easy to clean. With proper use and care, enamel cookware provides long-lasting enjoyment and retains its typical shine.
Riess is currently the only cookware manufacturer whose production has a positive CO2 balance. Their factory is powered by electricity from their own hydroelectric power plants. They generate more electricity than they need and feed the surplus green electricity into the grids.
We have the Riess storage jar 1.35 L in 6 striking colors: white, light gray, blue, violet, green, and red.
