Oceanshield™ is the world's first FFP2-guaranteed respirator mask made exclusively from plant-based materials* and manufactured without the use of petroleum. This not only offers optimal protection for people, but also conserves resources and the climate thanks to its bio-based, renewable materials. Furthermore, the bio-plastic (PLA) used in this mask is fully biodegradable. Oceanshield™ also features a comfortable feel and skin-friendly materials. The particle-filtering half-mask also offers the highest FFP2 quality and thus optimal protection in everyday life. Furthermore, wearing this mask effectively minimizes the transmission of viruses and bacteria.

SUSTAINABILITY & ECOLOGY
The plant-based mask was produced using renewable raw materials. The natural materials used in its production are fully biodegradable.

Bio-based plastic: PLA (polylactic acid), usually from bio-based materials such as corn or sugar cane
Proper Disposal:
Even though the mask is biodegradable, we strongly advise that it be disposed of in general waste. Disposal in organic waste is not possible due to the short composting times at composting plants.
Instructions for use:
- First, check if the mask is damaged and replace it if you notice any irregularities.
- Then open the mask to prepare it for placement on your face. The nose clip should face upwards and the cushion inwards.
- Beforehand, adjust the nose clip with your index fingers to fit the shape of your nose.
- After that, place the ear loops around your ears so that the mask fits snugly against your face and completely covers your nose and chin.
- Then adjust the nose clip with both index fingers to finally adapt it to your nose.
- Finally, check if the mask fits tightly enough, and adjust it if necessary to ensure a secure fit.
- When storing, keep away from contaminated areas, prevent extrusion, and avoid contact with moisture, high temperatures, and corrosive chemicals.
Warnings:
- The fit is crucial for the performance of this filtering half mask.
- Before use, check that the mask fits correctly on the face.
- Facial hair can affect the effectiveness of this mask.
- The mask is not suitable for poor air quality (contaminants, oxygen deficiency) or in explosive atmospheres.
- This product is not flame retardant and must not be used in areas with open flames.
- Consumers must familiarize themselves with the use and handling of the mask before use.
- If the product is damaged, do not use it and contact the manufacturer.
- Dispose of the mask after use (valid for one shift only).
