Cork Fascia Balls & Rollers from Kintex

This collection features cork fascia balls, fascia peanuts and fascia rollers from Kintex. All three types are available in large, small and standard sizes, so you can choose the right option for the body area and level of pressure you want.

How to choose the right format

The cork fascia ball is suitable for targeted trigger points on the feet, hands or shoulders – the smaller the ball, the more precise the pressure. With its peanut shape, the cork fascia peanut has an indentation in the middle and rests on either side of the spine without pressing directly on it, making it easier to use on the back than a round ball. The cork fascia roller covers larger muscle groups such as the back or thighs and is suitable for broad movements rather than targeted pressure. Kintex offers each format in large, small and standard sizes: smaller versions fit more easily in your hand or in your luggage, while larger versions cover more area in a single pass.

Our brand: why Kintex

Kintex makes all nine products in this collection from cork and covers the common formats used in fascia work with a ball, peanut and roller in three sizes each, from targeted application to larger muscle groups. This means you can find both a compact travel size and a larger option for home use from one brand, without having to compare different manufacturers and materials.

What is the difference between a fascia ball and a fascia peanut?

The ball is suitable for targeted trigger points, while the peanut shape rests on either side of the spine through its indentation, leaving the spine itself clear. For broad muscle groups such as the thigh, choose the fascia roller instead. You can find suitable training accessories in the Yoga & Outdoor collection.

Which size should I choose?

Kintex offers every product in large, small and standard sizes: smaller versions are suitable for hands, feet or targeted use, while larger ones are designed for the back and larger muscle groups. If you are unsure, start with the standard size and add a more specific option later. If you are interested in mindful contact with the floor, you will also find suitable products in the Grounding collection.
