Description
The typical shape of the CLASSIC Pastel Weitling is ancient and has a long tradition in Austria, especially as a dough bowl. Weitlings are enamel bowls with two large handles, so that even heavy doughs can be transported easily and safely. These Weitlings all have the typical flanged rim (that's what the curved rim is called in enamel terminology). Weitlings are available from small to large, as they are popular and versatile helpers or serving dishes in the kitchen for baking and cooking.
The enamel material consists of iron fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e., made from natural raw materials.
Perfect hygiene is guaranteed by the non-porous, smooth glass surface. This is aroma-neutral and antibacterial, and also easy to clean. With proper use and care, enamelware provides long-lasting enjoyment and retains its typical shine.
