It is ideal for small households for roasting and baking in the oven, heat-resistant up to 450°C and recommended for operating temperatures of up to 220°C.

This CLASSIC Pastell Bratrohrpfanne Mini with its high rim is perfect for small households and any dishes that need to be baked or roasted in the oven. The roasting tin has a curved rim – known as a rolled rim in enamel terminology – created by bending the metal to form a rounded, stable edge. Food can be cut directly in the tin with a knife without any problems. Once you have finished, the roasting tin is easy to clean and ready for its next use.

Enamel is made from iron fused with glass at high temperatures, using natural raw materials. Thanks to the iron core, these enamel baking and roasting tins conduct heat quickly and retain it perfectly, for sustainable, energy-efficient and evenly distributed roasting or baking.
