GOOD&MOJO brings natural-material lamps to Taiga: floor lamps, pendant lights, ceiling lights and table lamps in Natural and Black. The ranges include names such as Java, Bali, Hokkaido, Iguazu, Kalahari and Zanzibar, and differ in height, diameter and design.
The GOOD&MOJO range at Taiga
Taiga offers Java floor lamps in two heights (32x18 and 50x22), Bali 60x15, Hokkaido 38x35, Merapi and Tahiti 45x20. Pendant lights include Kalahari and Zanzibar, while ceiling lights include Iguazu, Hokkaido 25x38 and Kalimantan. For side tables and sideboards, there are the Iguazu and Tanami table lamps, which pair well with rugs and other home accessories. The range also includes the Madura bamboo series — available as wall, pendant and ceiling lights — as well as the Bhutan and Palawan floor lamps, the Rinjani pendant lights made from abaca, the Okinawa ash-wood floor lamp with LED, and the Serengeti wall lights made from jute.

Material guide: bamboo, jute & abaca
The shades are made from fast-growing natural materials whose structure remains visible — as a result, each lamp is slightly different and filters the light from your bulb into a patterned play of shadows; a warm-white bulb creates the characteristic natural look. Natural tones work well in both light and dark rooms, while the black versions create contrast. Regular dusting with a dry cloth or feather duster is all that is needed for care — natural-fibre shades do not like moisture, and require nothing more.
Which lamp is suitable for the dining area?
Pendant lights such as Kalahari or Zanzibar work well above a dining table. Pay attention to the ratio between the shade diameter and the table width — the shade should be noticeably narrower than the table — and hang the lamp around 60 to 70 centimetres above the tabletop. Open woven shades let light through and cast a pattern of shadows around the room; how brightly the tabletop itself is lit depends primarily on your bulb — shades that are open at the bottom direct more light onto the table than densely woven ones.
Floor lamp or ceiling light for the living room?
A floor lamp such as Java or Merapi can be placed flexibly beside a sofa or armchair. A ceiling light such as Iguazu or Kalimantan casts light down into the room — with woven natural shades, the visible pattern remains part of the effect rather than providing neutral ambient lighting. They work best together: texture above, reading light below.
