Our small enamel bowls with rolled rims are indispensable, versatile kitchen essentials that preserve the pure flavour of food. Their stackable design means they can be stored compactly. These kitchen bowls are ideal for muesli or salads, as well as serving spreads, nuts, savoury snacks, biscuits and much more.
They are also perfect for preparing ingredients when cooking or baking ("mise en place"). If required, the enamel bowls are also available in larger versions as salad and fruit bowls, in a range of colours and designs. All the bowls can be stacked inside one another to save space.
If dark marks appear on the enamel, these are usually caused by abrasion from cutlery or metal kitchen utensils. They can easily be removed with the RIESS enamel cleaner or a mild abrasive cream.

Before first use: Remove the sticker, fill with boiling water and vinegar, and leave to work briefly. RIESS enamel can be washed in the dishwasher. Riess recommends hand washing to preserve the enamel’s radiant shine for longer. If using a dishwasher, select the gentle glassware cycle. Avoid wire brushes, steel wool, scouring powders containing sand and cleaning sponges with ceramic particles. Store thoroughly dried; remove limescale with vinegar water.

Frequently asked questions about the series
Can I use Country crockery on an induction hob?
According to Riess, the spouted pots, saucepans and pots in the Country designs are suitable for all types of hob, including induction. Start on a low setting and do not use the boost function. The compatible hob types are listed for each product.
Is Country crockery dishwasher-safe?
Yes, according to Riess, almost all Country products are dishwasher-safe. For best results, use the gentle glassware programme. To keep them looking their best for longer, Riess recommends washing them by hand.
How do I care for enamel properly?
Use mild washing-up liquid and a soft sponge. Wire brushes, steel wool and abrasive cleaners will scratch the surface. Allow hot cookware to cool before adding cold water.
