Omelettes, scrambled eggs, egg dishes and fried eggs: our egg pan is just right for these and many other egg-based dishes. It is the perfect size for omelettes and other egg dishes. The iron core of this enamel pan distributes heat evenly and quickly across the base, allowing you to turn the heat down promptly, as egg dishes do not tolerate high temperatures. Once your eggs are cooked, the pan’s two handles make it ideal for serving, and you can even eat straight from it, as enamel is cut- and scratch-resistant.

Before first use: Remove the sticker, fill with boiling vinegar solution and leave to work briefly. RIESS enamel can be washed in the dishwasher. Riess recommends hand washing to preserve the enamel’s bright shine for longer. If using a dishwasher, select the gentle glassware programme. Avoid wire brushes, steel wool, abrasive powders containing sand and cleaning sponges with ceramic particles. Store thoroughly dried; remove limescale with vinegar solution.

Can I use Country crockery on an induction hob?
According to Riess, the spouted pots, saucepans and pots in the Country designs are suitable for all types of hob, including induction. Start on a low setting and do not use the boost function. The compatible hob types are listed for each product.
Is Country crockery dishwasher-safe?
Yes, according to Riess, almost all Country products are dishwasher-safe. For best results, use the gentle glassware programme. To keep them looking their best for longer, Riess recommends washing them by hand.
How do I care for enamel properly?
Use mild washing-up liquid and a soft sponge. Wire brushes, steel wool and abrasive cleaners will scratch the surface. Allow hot cookware to cool before adding cold water.
