Our enamel coffee cups are ideal for warming cold fingers while preserving the pure flavour of punch, mulled wine, tea, coffee or hot chocolate. The coffee cup features a comfortable side handle and a smooth, curved rim that makes drinking pleasant. You can heat your drink directly in the coffee cup on the hob, whether induction or another type. However, it should only be heated over a low flame, as the base diameter is very small. When heating milk, we recommend adding a little water to prevent it from scorching.

Before first use: Remove the sticker, fill with boiling water and vinegar, and leave to soak briefly. RIESS enamel is dishwasher-safe. Riess recommends hand washing to preserve the enamel’s brilliant shine for longer. If using a dishwasher, select the gentle glassware cycle. Avoid wire brushes, steel wool, abrasive powders containing sand and cleaning sponges with ceramic particles. Store thoroughly dried; remove limescale with vinegar water.

Can I use Country crockery on an induction hob?
According to Riess, the spouted pots, saucepans and pots in the Country designs are suitable for all types of hob, including induction. Start on a low setting and do not use the boost function. The compatible hob types are listed for each product.
Is Country crockery dishwasher-safe?
Yes, according to Riess, almost all Country products are dishwasher-safe. For best results, use the gentle glassware programme. To keep them looking their best for longer, Riess recommends washing them by hand.
How do I care for enamel properly?
Use mild washing-up liquid and a soft sponge. Wire brushes, steel wool and abrasive cleaners will scratch the surface. Allow hot cookware to cool before adding cold water.
