Sie ist aus robuster Emaille gefertigt und in verschiedenen Größen und Farben erhältlich. Der Rand der Auflaufform ist rund geschwungen bei dem das Metall gebogen wird, um einen stabilen und runden Rand zu erzeugen. Diese Auflaufform kann in jedem Backofen verwendet werden. Vor dem ersten Gebrauch: Aufkleber entfernen, kochendes Essigwasser einfüllen und kurz einwirken lassen. RIESS Emaille kann im Geschirrspüler gewaschen werden. Riess empfiehlt die händische Reinigung für lange Freude am strahlenden Glanz von Emaille. Bei Verwendung des Geschirrspülers das schonende Gläserspülprogramm wählen. Drahtbürsten, Stahlwolle, sandhaltige Scheuerpulver und Putzschwämme mit Keramikpartikeln vermeiden. Gut abgetrocknet verwahren; Kalkflecken mit Essigwasser entfernen.
