Description
The Riess NOUVELLE Aura pot is made from enamel and comes with an AromaPlus lid. According to Riess, the inside of the lid has a stepped design that directs steam and cooking liquid back onto the food.

- Capacity: 1.75 litres or 3.5 litres
- Colours: Siena, Azur and Mint
- Net weight: 2.06 kg (1.75 l) and 2.79 kg (3.5 l)
- Care: dishwasher-safe on a gentle glassware programme; Riess recommends washing by hand to maintain the finish for longer
According to the manufacturer, Riess enamel cookware is suitable for all hob types, including induction. Start on a low heat setting and do not use the boost function.
