Roast and serve directly at the table – the RIESS Gourmet Pan is perfect for this. This classic serving pan is suitable not only for many dishes but can also be used for one person or many, as it comes in many sizes. The serving pan has two handles and is excellent for all egg dishes, all kinds of dumplings, and much more. With its two practical handles, it can be placed directly on the dining table and is thus also suitable as a serving pan or even as a plate substitute, as it can be cut into with knives.
At the same time, this sustainable pan is also an oven pan and can be placed in the oven at high temperatures. For example, as a gratin dish for baking or simply for keeping food warm.
The material enamel consists of iron, which has been fused with glass at high temperatures, meaning it's made from natural raw materials. This enamel cookware can be used on all types of hobs (gas, electric, glass ceramic, induction, and even over an open fire). Thanks to the iron core, heat is quickly conducted and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking. Perfect hygiene is guaranteed by the non-porous, smooth glass surface. This is odor-neutral and bacteria-inhibiting, and also easy to clean. With proper use and correct care, enamel cookware provides long-lasting enjoyment and retains its typical shine.
Riess is currently the only cookware manufacturer whose production has a positive CO2 balance. Their factory is powered by electricity from their own hydropower plants. They generate more electricity than they need themselves and feed it into the grids as green electricity.
