Our Organic Spirulina Tablets 100 pcs from Sanatur are cultivated according to the highest quality standards. Organic Spirulina is available as tablets, powder, granules, and in capsule form. Spirulina is a small, spiral-shaped blue-green algae. It measures 3 to 16 μm and is one of the first living organisms on our planet. It gets its typical color from the interaction of two plant substances. Here, the vibrant green of chlorophyll and the blue of phycocyanin combine to form the typical deep dark spirulina green. Its name reflects its energetically very interesting spiral shape.
Spirulina grows in inland waters with a basic pH value between 9 and 11. It has no cellulose shell, so all components can be easily broken down and digested by the body.
